How often will we meet together?
That will depend on what works best for you. I find it’s preferable to meet every week to 10 days, if possible.
How long are sessions?
First sessions tend to last 2 hours. After that, you can expect sessions to be 1-1.5 hours long.
How do online sessions work?
We’ll meet on our computers over Zoom. Sign up for a free mini-session to experience it.
