I’ve been through life’s ups and downs – from feeling hopeless and defeated about the future, to feeling hopeful and optimistic.
I’ve moved out of despair and into happiness.

Let me tell you a bit about myself…
Kids are a joy and a trial. My husband and I had five in under five years. I know. Crazy! But it didn’t seem so crazy at the time.
Since getting married, I’ve moved thirteen times, experiencing the stress of adjusting to a new place over and over again. All change, good and bad, impacts us and our relationships.
We all need down time. I love to read, cook, and when I get a chance, go on a hike.
