Why Hypnosis?

Think of your subconscious as a horse. When you move through the world as you normally do, your horse takes you along without much effort.

The difficulty comes when you want to move along a new path. To be successful you must use willpower by holding tightly to the reins.

If you get tired or distracted, and loosen your hold, your horse will head right back onto your old path. That’s why change is so hard.
